NUTRITION TIPS: Look and Feel Your Best This Summer!

Hey there, Strength Camp Kings and Queens!

Can you believe it’s already almost halfway through
the year? The beginning of summer is just around
the corner (although it already feels like it here
in St. Pete…)

That’s the luxury of living in Florida:

Beach weather all the time!

Let’s face it — the hotter it gets, the less we wear:
shorts, swimsuits and tank tops become the norm.

And it’s important to us that you feel confident as
you spend time swimming, walking, working out
and hanging out at the beach.

  • Aim to drink a gallon of water per day.
  • Eliminate stress by spending quality time with your
    family and friends, taking time for yourself, and
    doing things that make you happy.
  • Establish a morning routine to create discipline and
    structure, and start your day from a place of gratitude
    and happiness.
  • Prep your meals ahead of time so you always have
    healthy options to choose from, even when you’re on the go.
  • Keep it simple! Streamline your meals and habits
    so that eventually, this lifestyle becomes effortless.

Remember – small changes over time add up to BIG changes,
both in the way your body looks and the way it feels.

Focus on one or two of these to start with. Then, once you’ve
mastered those, choose a few more healthy habits you
can implement.
